The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate law, with a proven track record in handling complex commercial real estate deals, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, and construction contracts. Provide expert legal advice on commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, title review, and environmental assessments. Lead contract negotiations with property owners, developers, investors, and financial institutions. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, lenders, and developers, to ensure smooth and timely transaction processes. Stay updated on changes in real estate law and regulations affecting commercial property transactions.
